Terms & Conditions
- To confirm a booking we require a credit card details as a form of deposit.
- We operate a 7 day cancellation policy.
- Pets must not be left alone in the room, there will be a £50.00 charge for any damage or mess left.
- Rooms must be vacated by 11am or the housekeeping team will not have time to clean the room. Guests are welcome back after 1pm.
- Check in time 4-8pm, guests arriving after 8pm must notify us one day in advance. Guests arriving after 10pm will be charged an additional £25.00 notified or not.
- Please note this is a Bed and Breakfast not a hotel. We do not have a night porter.
